Asylum Cigars has opened its second Florida location, bringing its total to seven in the state.
The new outlet is at the former J.W. Lumber Company store in Daytona Beach, according to a news release.
Asylum Cigar has five locations across the U.S., including its largest in California, where it sells bulk tobaccos and cigar accessories.
The Asylum cigar brand is a small, family-owned company that started out as a tobacconist and now produces a wide variety of cigar brands in the cigar industry.
In addition to the Florida store, Asylum plans to open its third Florida store in Lakeland, Florida, on Aug. 1, the company said in a statement.
“With a focus on bringing quality and affordable cigars to the market, we are excited to open our first Florida store,” the company wrote in the release.
“The second location will be an excellent destination to bring our premium cigars to those in the Tampa Bay area and beyond.”
The company previously opened its first Florida location in 2014, and its other locations include Orlando, Miami and Tampa.
In 2016, Asylum began rolling out its signature Premium line, which includes a limited edition line of cigars.
The cigars are limited to 1,000 boxes, according the company.
